Class Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellation & No Show Policy Effective 4/27/2026

• Please cancel your RSVP at least 4 hours before class.

• Late cancellations (under 4 hours) and no-shows will be charged for the class/event.

• Invoices for late cancellations or no-shows must be paid before booking your next class.

• RSVPs will still be made through the app, and invoices can be sent when needed.

You can cancel directly through the app at any time.

Appointment Policy

All appointments are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two times; after this, further rescheduling will not be permitted. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
